1. Order Processing & Verification
Every piece of stoneware, porcelain, and glassware at Selects Dishes undergoes a mandatory manual quality inspection before packaging. Standard fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding national holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are queued for processing the next business day. During seasonal collection launches or festive periods, processing times may extend up to 72 hours.

For DDU orders, import duties, customs tariffs, and local brokerage surcharges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected directly by the local carrier prior to final release.
